JSJ Natural Wellness ships to all countries, wherever you are in the world! If you don't find the information you need below, please contact us at email@example.com
On confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us containing your order number and order details. If you do not receive this, please first check your spam folder, as sadly sometimes our emails get sent there. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an update email. If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone. If an item looks like it might take longer to get to you, we will let you know. Please be advised, on some occasions, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels.
Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
If you have a Singapore address, as our valued customer, JSJ Natural Wellness will absorb ALL SHIPPING Cost. Your order will be sent via QXPRESS (logistics) or NINJA VAN (Logistics) and will take 3-10 working days to arrive. There is no tracking option with this service.

All products delivered are in good conditions. Hence, there will be No RETURNs upon purchase. However, should you receive any damaged products, please email to email@example.com with PROOF of photos and products, our team will do our utmost best to look into it.
